About me.

Starting as a passion project in 2019, ‘Now & Again Wellness’ has been a journey of self discovery, professional development and genuine connection. Visionary and founder behind the magic is Katie Stephenson - Massage Therapist (Diploma Remedial Massage 2007), Early Childhood Educator (Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care 2009), Mumma Bear, Empowerment Coach & Creative.

Through a mixture of platforms, I have been working with women, mums, children and families for 15 years, which has allowed me to develop diverse skills, techniques & methods in order to refine my personal approach in the world of Reiki Healing, Women’s Circles and Holistic Massage.

Dedicated to living in my light, I am determined to help others shine by supporting them to explore their inner essence, core values and untapped potential.

I strive to live a life of mindfulness and have an abundance of love and energy to share with those around me. I believe vulnerability is the biggest form of courage and that connection, in all its forms, is the key to life.

My biggest passion is paving a path for the generation ahead by harnessing my own personal Passion, Purpose and Presence.

As a little girl, devastatingly, I lost my Dad. And while losing Dad has been my biggest heartbreak, it’s also set me up with tools of resilience, gratitude and a bucket load of empathy.

His life and short time as a father has been an integral drive behind my personal and very spiritual journey. He left this world with a profound legacy and I know my purpose is to help others do the same.

I believe that we are constantly evolving as individuals however over the past 5 years (which coincides with my motherhood journey) I have been on a conscious path of self growth. I’ve been yearning to fulfil my deepest desires and harness what this grand of life is all about.

Thrilled to be in the wellness business, I incorporate creativity, meaningful conversation and intuitive Massage into my practice. Ranging from 1:1 Sessions to Women circles, Mothers groups and Creative Workshops, I feel there is something for everyone.

And with Connection being my all-time biggest value in life, I genuinely mean it when I say reach and say ‘Hi’.
