Specifically designed to honour your physical, emotional and energetic needs through pregnancy, this session is the ultimate nurture session.

The 90 Minute Holistic Pregnancy Massage Session includes a 20 minute consultation and cuppa before being tucked up on the bed, ready for some nourishing TLC. This allows you to be treated as a whole being by giving us time to discuss how you are feeling and what you need on the day. Perhaps you’re after a full body relax, you have targeted areas of concern or you’d like to work on long term goals in the lead up to birth.

Tucked up and physically supported by a plethora of pillows, you’ll be guided into a comfortable side lying position and lead into your Massage with some light breathwork and meditation. (I will always offer Massage with side lying postion as it has been proven to be the most safe and benifical position.)

This ensures you are freshly connected to your latest physical health status including blood pressure and overall wellbeing.
