We understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise and I do assess each client’s situations on a case-by-case basis, please call me directly on 0421 194 620 to discuss.
PAYMENTS
All bookings require a minimum 30% Deposit which can either be made through our online booking system or over the phone. Full Payments can be made at time of booking, however please note, all deposits paid are NON REFUNDABLE.
The remainder of your payment is required to be paid on the day of service. This can be paid in cash, using card or bank transfer using OSKO.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
CANCELLATIONS
I would rather you receive care than a non-attendance fee!!
Cancellations made with less than 1 business day’s (24hr notice) notice will incur a non-attendance fee of the full appointment fee. 70% (or the remainder of your bill) of your total booking will be charged to your account and the deposit will be forfeited.
If you CANCEL 48hours prior to your appointment, this will result in forfeiting your 30% deposit. If you have not paid a 30% Deposit, this will be charged to your provided account. We highly suggest rescheduling rather canceling. If you can’t find a time that suits you, please call us on 0421 194 620 and we’ll do our very best to fit you in.
Non Attendance - No Shows. You will be required to pay your appointment in full. I will attempt to call message and call you to discuss your situation. Failing to receive your response, an Email will be sent and your card will be charged the remainder of your appointment fee.
I avoid this at all costs, and thank you for your appreciation.
RESCHEDULING
If you RESCHEDULE 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. (This can be done online or via phone, please see your confirmation email for options)
If rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment is necessary, we require that you call (0421 194 620) as soon as possible so we can try to fill your spot. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

ACCOUNT HOLDER
Packages and pre-paid treatments are non-transferable to other individuals and non-refundable.
REMINDER SMS & EMAILS
When you book an appointment at ‘With Katie Stephenson’ you’ll receive a confirmation email to your nominated email account within 30 minutes of making the appointment. You’ll then receive a series of emails and SMS reminders the week leading up to your appointment.
ADDRESS & PARKING
Being a home based studio, for safety reasons, we will disclose the address upon booking. You will receive the address and a clear description of the studio in your confirmation email. Thank you for understanding. There is plenty of on street Parking available and if it is raining, we always endeavor to leave the driveway clear for you.
ARRIVING ON TIME
As a small Business I ask that you please respect the time that’s been allocated to you.
Initial appointment: We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your initial treatment so that you have time to fill out your initial intake form. Your Session time is precious, let’s get the most out of it!
For subsequent sessions: No need to turn up early. Please arrive on time as this is a home based studio and we do not have a waiting room.
ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE
Please wait outside and if there is an ‘in session’ sign hanging on the door, please follow prompts by not knocking. No sign? Please knock and you will be greeted with a warm welcome and guided inside for your treatment.
JOINING THE PRIORITY LIST
While appointments are in high demand, we also understand that sometimes you really need some care ASAP. So instead of waiting, we suggest you reach out and we will put you on our priority list for any upcoming openings. You never know when something will pop up! Maybe you’ll even get a same-day appointment!
