Before being tucked up on the wellness bed for a holistic Massage treatment, we will have a cuppa & casual consultation. This gives you time to unwind and reflect on how you feel and what you really need out of the session. 

From here, it means I can understand you as a whole and either focus on areas of the body that need the most attention or carry out a full body massage with intention and flow. I use a range of Swedish Massage techniques embedded into an intuitive approach that draws inspiration from a range of ancient and traditional modalities & styles.

In order to get the best long term effects, we need to appreciate the woman as a whole.

By treating more than just the outer shell, mu intention is to see you will walk away feeling more connected and in tune with your body. Because that’s where the magic starts!

To conclude the session, we reflect on your experience, discussing tools that you can draw upon to support your freshly renewed self.

  • Your choice of Intuitive Full Body or localised massage restoring your mind, body and soul by your therapist with over 18 years experience in the massage and mindfulness field.

  • Closing reflection - focusing on simple mindfulness and self help tools that will support the integration of session as you move forward.
