Katie from Now and Again Wellness is honestly like a friend you didn’t know you were missing in your life! From the moment I arrived at her studio space I felt welcomed and supported. The space she has created is so inviting and the cup of tea and chat before getting on the table really helps you to relax and be intentional and intune with your body. I loved having choice and interaction with the oils she would blend and use in the massage. I learnt a lot about what each oil represents and I was able to carry that through into my massage. The massage was so much more than just a massage! It was honestly like a massage for the body, mind and soul. Katie is so passionate about what she does and it really shows in her practice and her overall presence. The gifting of my own unique massage blend to take home was so special. The whole experience was just that, an experience. One that you don’t forget easily and one you can’t wait to have again! Thanks for holding space for me Katie, allowing me to rest and recoup. I’m still feeling the effects a week later. I can’t wait to come visit again and this time try some reiki! Thanks again Katie for the work that you. It’s incredible!
