This session allows you to unpack your birth story while recording it on your own device (phone or Ipad).

Encouraged to bring Bub with you but also not necessary. whatever feels right for you on the day. However you arrive, please feel free to come as you are… assured to be welcomed with warm arms and hot tea.

This allows you to take home your story and keep it for years to come.

Whether it's solely for your ears only or you choose to share it with your babes as they grow.

While there is huge value in sharing your story in the moment, and backing it up with Reiki Healing, I feel this is absolutely a gift for the future self. Something I deeply wish I had when my babies were young. How quickly we forget the details amidst the hustle of Motherhood.

Having an Audio recording of your birth story also gives you something to listen to later, perhaps you can use it to form a written reflection for your children.

Following your Reflection time we will use Reiki to release anything negative that is taking up space in your heart and make room for abundance as you step into the next phase of Motherhood.

FAQ

When is too late?

Never. We only have this one chance to mother and for some, your birth story may linger in your heart for many years before you are ready to share it. Please know, that no matter how long it has been, this session is designed to be supportive, and healing for the mother heart. May you feel seen, heard, validated and valued.
