Feels warm, calm, personalised

Absolutely adore sessions with Katie at Now & Again Wellness, I've had multiple sessions with her now over the past 12+ months and every time has exceeded my expectations. 'Holistic' really does cover it for the Holistic Massage. The whole process feels warm, calm, personalised, deep and gives permission to give into whatever your intentions for the session are. Starting the session with the chat, the herbal tea, selecting the oils with intention etc really sets you up in an amazing headspace before the massage - as opposed to rushing in and laying down and expecting your body and mind to relax. Always a beautiful experience that fills my cup right up. Grateful for Katie and her skills!
